RETAINED HR SUPPORT

The retained service includes:


  • Advice on any HR or employment law matters, available generally between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday, however, can be contacted out with these times when there is an urgent matter.

  • Safeguarding of your organisation, at a fraction of the cost of hiring a HR Manager/Department.

  • Creation of any bespoke documents, templates, forms, or policies as required by the organisation. Created and returned to you within 24 hours, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Access to regular training sessions on various topics such as how to manage unperforming employees, how to handle disciplinaries, diversity and employment law.

  • Membership access to the website including blogs to keep you up to date with HR and employment law.

  • A HR health check of your organisation. I will visit in person to discuss where you’re at with HR and what you require. This will give me a good understanding of your organisation and what support you may require.

  • Any holidays communicated in advance to avoid disruption to organisations.

  • The contract length is a minimum of 12 months and will auto renew after this time, you’ll receive details to confirm this in plenty of time.


Kindly be aware that the retained fee does not cover activities such as investigating issues, conflict management, conducting disciplinary meetings, or any other in-person work, unless there is a prior agreement between both parties. The retained service primarily serves as a support service and is best suited for organizations that already have an individual within the organisation fulfilling the role of the HR function (such as an Office Manager or HR Assistant).


Registered charities will receive a 20% discount.
