I'm the face behind Nicholl HR (creative name, right?). I'm an independent HR consultant supporting businesses in Scotland. I’m passionate about making HR accessible, affordable, and personal for small businesses—because I truly believe that the best HR support should be for everyone. Having worked with large national organisations, I’ve seen firsthand how easy it is for them to overlook the smaller businesses. But your business is everything—and I’m here to make sure you get the tailored, honest support you deserve.

I believe that when it comes to HR, knowledge is power. That’s why I’m passionate about helping employees understand their rights while making sure local businesses thrive. I take the time to go above and beyond what you’d get from big national firms—providing you with not only the expertise but also the tools and resources to take your business to the next level.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m at home with my two beautiful children. That’s why I work around school hours, with evening and weekend availability to make sure your business gets the attention it deserves—no matter the time of day. I’m currently finishing my CIPD Level 7 in Strategic People Management because I’m a firm believer in lifelong learning. I also hold a BA (Hons) in Business Management.

My approach is straightforward, honest, and rooted in integrity. I’ll tell you exactly what I can and can’t do for your business, and I’m always committed to making sure you feel supported and empowered. Your success matters to me because when you win, we all win.
