HR STARTER PACK


  • Up to 120-minute consultation to discuss the requirements of the organisation, this will be arranged at a time to suit the client. I can be available either via videocall or in person. After this meeting, documentation will be made available generally within 3 working days.

  • Contract of employment templates, tailored to the individuals within your organisation e.g., apprentices, 15- and 16-year-olds, temporary contracts. The organisation will be required to fill out employee specific details such as their name, start date, position etc.

  • A company handbook, created around your organisations culture and values, detailing all policies and procedures. This will include a handbook declaration form for the employee to sign acknowledging receipt or the document.

  • Bespoke documents created for your organisation including:

    • Induction and Issuing Documentation Checklist for the Employer

    • Non-competition Agreement

    • Deductions from Pay Agreement

    • Training Agreement (where necessary)

    • Dignity at Work Policy*

    • Anti-Slavery Policy*

    • Grievance Policy*

    • Disciplinary Policy*

    • Whistleblowing Policy*

    • Equal Opportunities Policy*

    • Data Protection Policy*

  • A feedback session two weeks after the work has been carried out to allow for any amendments to be made.
